FAQs
Yes, the Air Armor Case with HaloLock™ is compatible with all MagSafe and HaloLock™ chargers and accessories.
Although wireless charging naturally creates warming, this wireless charger is made from aluminum alloy to improve heat dissipation and protect your phone from overheating.
No, this wireless charger is not a power bank and can only charge your phone when it is plugged in. However, when it is unplugged it can still be used as a stand for convenient hands-free viewing.
The wireless charger has powerful built-in magnets to ensure a strong, secure attachment to caseless iPhones with MagSafe (12 series or later) and iPhones with MagSafe (12 series or later) with a MagSafe or HaloLock™ case or with a standard case with the HaloLock™ Universal Ring. The magnetic lock may not be as strong if using the charger with other cases.
To achieve SGS military-grade protection certification, a case with a phone in has to be dropped 26 times without either the case or phone being damaged.

Really like be able to use my iPhone as a clock when I go to bed..doesn’t glow in pitch black. This stand was very reasonably priced, looks great, and it snaps on phone with MagSafe.. it’s awesome. Even through the phone cover… clickThis is by far the best option out there..trust me I looked..

I love that this charger has a kickstand, and even better you can unplug the cord and use it as a standalone phone stand. It’s a nice little versatile gadget.I deducted a star because after about 6 months, I noticed a few occasions when the charger stayed hot, as if it couldn’t “turn off” properly after I removed my phone. Luckily going through the warranty process was hassle free and they sent me a replacement pretty much the next day. Time will tell whether I got a dud the first time or if there’s an inherent problem.

I’ve used Anker MagSafe, Apple MagSafe, and other 3-in-1 chargers with MagSafe charger built-in, this is the best charger if you only consider charging an iPhone. Other chargers using MagSafe overheat. Anker products tend to overheat a lot more in my opinion. This product does heat up but it’s nothing bothersome to touch. The kickstand is great for using the device while charging. Apple MagSafe charger just lays on the table. The removable USB-C cable from the charging puck is fairly useful since you can charge other devices! I don’t know why some manufacturers don’t do this, when you need to charge your battery pack or tablet with USB-C, you just unplug the charging puck from the cable and plug in the device you want to charge.

In the interest of fairness because I definitely appreciate flexible ingenuity, I should start off by saying I really like what ESR has tried to do with this product. I also suspect it would work better with silicone cases – less slippery at least – but my OtterBox case is hard plastic and this charger is round without anything to pin it in place, so it doesn’t balance very well on the kickstand. Also takes forever to charge . . . again that might be because my case is too thick but it IS MagSafe compatible so I’m not sure the case is the problem. At any rate. Like I said this is a great concept it just doesn’t work for me.
