I got some jam on the case so rinsed it off. I then noticed that water had gotten between the screen protector and iphone screen and touch would not work in that area. I tried to open the case up to remove water and it required much force, prying and bending. And the screen cracked. The case needs to be easy to open in order to deal with this. If there is a trick to open it then that needs to be made known by ESR. The case itself though is very nicely made and secure.

I really like this case with the exception of the screen protector. Finger prints cover the whole screen. Trying to wipe them off just makes them worse. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve only had this new case on for less than 24 hours and one of the lens covers has already fallen off. I probably wouldn’t buy it again because I need good protection for my lens. But I do like the kick stand. It’s very convenient.

I got this case for my wife. She loves it other than the built in screen protector. We are returning because it started looking shimmery after a couple days and doesn’t seem to sit very tightly to the glass. I’d imagine dust will start to build up under the glass…. plus if you DO want to remove the case temporarily, you are going to have a tough time since the glass with have to come with it.I REALLY wish they made this exact case without the built in screen protector

Pretty tough case, just dropped my phone the screen protector cracked, however my phone is fine so good deal there. I am however disappointed in the magnet strength, this will not stay connected to my magnetic phone holder in my car. The slightest bump and it falls. Otherwise really nice case.

It is a sturdy case and the kickstand is useful. I don’t like the slot opening to charge the case. Having to open that piece and hold it in place to put the charger in can be annoying. Also the glass that the case comes with that covers the face of the phone just has too much glare and it’s probably better to remove the glass.
