This didn’t go as expected honestly….after swiping my finger down the screen, I found the top left 25% of the screen did not adhere properly and had a big bubble and smaller bubbles too. I ended up having to lift the top left and top right edges a couple of times and use a cloth to wipe the screen and have the protector fit without bubbles. Not the end of the world, but no as easy as I expected – and not as well as other screen protectors of this kind I’ve had. That said, now it’s on, it works just fine. Quality seems good. Privacy screen works as expected. Overall I’m happy enough.

The screen protector is easy to apply to the iPhone 16 Pro without adding air bubbles thanks to the included frame device. Once fitted, the screen layer is not noticeable as the size is true edge-to-edge and is crystal clear. Touch control is accurate and there’s less finger marks during use.The privacy aspect of the screen protector makes text unreadable at an angle of approximately 45 degrees either side of the long edges. It is a polarising filter, so you will get zero privacy in a horizontal configuration at either side of the screen. so essentially the privacy function is only whilst looking from an angle of the long edges. That works perfect for me as sharing images and videos with others is unaffected but private messages remain somewhat private from prying eyes in a portrait configuration.Fitting was done within a couple of minutes after giving the phone screen a good thorough cleaning with a suitable solution and microfibre cloth. Fit the frame, pull the tab, remove the frame then give a once-over with a small padded squeegee tool and it’s done without a single air bubble or dust particle in sight.

Glad this comes in a 3 pack because holy air bubbles, Batman. They don’t give you a squeegee, they give you a microfiber cloth with instructions to press against the screen with the cloth and try to work the bubbles out. This… does not work. The screen adhesive platform it uses is not the best, so there were lots of air bubbles. I trashed the first screen and tried the 2nd. Same results, but then I found an old squeegee from a previous purchase and was finally able to work the bubbles out.I don’t think I’ll buy these again from this brand. Y’all need to include a squeegee.

As someone who has struggled (always unsuccessfully) to apply screen protectors without bubbles, I have marveled at the social media advertisements for this new fangled process. In a word, it’s magic! I used it to retrofit a new protector on a phone whose protector had done its job by getting nicked, scratched and cracked from physical abuse. Presumably, an important step is ensuring that the underlying screen is completely clean, dust free and dry, but once that had been achieved with some glass cleaner, an alcohol wipe and a blast of compressed air, applying the "system" was as simple as the demonstration. And the result was magic! While it may be a tad more expensive than other screen protectors, the end result is well worth the small extra cost.I haven’t previously used the anti-spy type of protector in the past. While it somewhat darkens the display, it sufficiently obscures my screen from the person sitting beside me in the subway thus preventing them from offering their (unsolicited) opinion as to how I should play my game of solitaire!
